Fall Harvest Season

Our farm comes to life during the autumn for the Fall Harvest season!  Open September 26th thru October 31st. You’ll love to wander in the Pumpkin Patch, take an old-fashioned wagon ride, and explore a 5-acre corn maze!  With acres of attractions and lots of good things to eat, you’ll make fun memories with a day in the country.

We are receiving many questions about whether or not you can come to the pumpkin patch to do u-pick pumpkins without purchasing an admission? Yes, you can. You don’t need admissions to walk to the u-pick pumpkin patch and pick a pumpkin for purchase, or to visit our retail farm market or sweet shack gift shop. To go anywhere else on the farm, including on the hayride, an admission bracelet will be required. For those who do not purchase admissions, there will be no access to other parts of the farm, since we are limited to 50% occupancy and we cannot allow entrance to those areas if you haven’t purchased admissions. For the safety of everyone, the other areas of the farm (barns, outside play areas, rides, etc,) will be gated off to ensure our occupancy stays where it needs to be to meet state requirements.

The fun is really CORNY

Our theme for the 2020 corn maze is “Schilter Sunny Days Maze”. We know sunflowers bring a smile to our faces, and we decided we wanted to share the joy. This year our corn maze will have a trivia game with lots of interesting facts about sunflowers. We also are offering private fire pit rentals in corn maze “rooms” (for groups of 10 or less) for the first time ever. We look forward to bringing a little sunshine to all those who visit the farm this year! Although we aren’t able to offer everything we typically do, there will still be lots of farm fun for our guests.

Fire pit Rentals: New for 2020!

Fire pit Rental Fee- $50/hour (Farm admission is required for all people going to the fire pit.)

We will be offering fire pit rentals in corn maze “rooms”.  These “rooms” inside the corn maze will allow you and your family/friends, a maximum of 10 or less, to enjoy the warmth of a roaring fire pit. Bring your roasting sticks, food, and supplies. Leave them at the group check-in area next to the admissions booth, and we will transport them to your fire pit so you do not have to carry them through the maze.  When you are finished going through the maze, head to your private reserved fire pit to enjoy an hour of socializing by the warm fire. Your supplies will be waiting at your reserved fire pit location. When you return from the hayride, your supplies will be waiting for you in the group check-in area next to the admissions booth to take home with you. How easy is that?

Note: Farm admission is required for all people going to the firepit.  You need to arrive at least one hour prior to your firepit reservation time, 2 hours prior if on the 2nd or 3rd weekend in October.

Meet friendly farm animals- from a distance in 2020!
We know petting the animals is one of the highlights of visiting our farm. Unfortunately, state guidelines do not allow any person to have animal contact in order to keep our farm animal friends and guests safe. This year our animals will be viewed only. Thank you for your understanding.
